I have always been a passionate Italian cook.

I am not a professional chef but I come from a large family where cooking has always been a prominent factor in our daily life and therefore the table has always been a place of gathering with the many friends that joined us for lively meals at home.

Since I was a child, together with my brothers,

I had access to the kitchen at home where I learned a great variety of traditional regional dishes. Home cooked meals draw their roots from the double Mediterranean and Roman soul from my father’s side of the family. And this was matched well from my mother ‘s cuisine from Rome and the Piedmont region. As I am a curious and social person, I love meeting people, formulating discussions around the table and sharing ideas.

As I have travelled around the world most of my life for work and for the pleasure of discovering other cultures, I experienced the various cultural traditions from different countries in the way they express themselves and the way they host and welcome visitors. I had the opportunity to appreciate and learn about diverse places, atmospheres, especially when it came to learning a given culture’s specialties and special food ingredients, which gave me the opportunity to experiment preparing new dishes.

Through these wonderful life experiences, I have been able to open my home to friends and when I cook. Indeed, I create dishes with my heart.
